Let love grow!

So every now and then I get this burst of creativity and this day was just a beautiful winter day in the small town of Vigrestad where I grew up. I was photographing my childhood neighbour (and dad's much younger cousin) and his wife. We were in the now tiny forest that when the two of us were kids (we are not that far apart in age) it was large and there was a stream running through it. All us neighbourhood kids used to have a ball playing in it, climbing trees and rocks and building tree huts. I wanted to capture this growth and change by photographing one of the remaining trees, one that is still there despite us getting older and no longer being kids, and despite the rest of the forest being all but disappeared.
