I was going through my lightroom archive today and found this old photo. Its from one of the first weddings I shot. And it was one of those beautiful, perfect weddings. Planned and executed and just perfected. Seeing that old photograph made me think...
There is something amazing about being a wedding photographer... To be honest the thought of shooting a wedding kinda made me want to hurl and I thanked no to any wedding photography jobs.
But then something changed. Perhaps it was meeting my husband... Perhaps it was the first wedding I shot.
Tears were swelling up in my eyes as I realized I was there on a very important mission on their really really special day. Their wedding day... I quickly realised I had to dry my tears and start focusing, because teary eyed photographers never get anything in focus ! Because you can't screw up on someones wedding day!
