Here is my top three tips on how to edit photos fast!
Due to the hair flying into her forhead I decided I didn't want to use this picture however I thought this would be a great little picture to show you a couple of quick and easy tips on how to fix up an image in about 2 minutes on photoshop!
First the original image.
1. Content Aware - Cleans up the Image
This tool was new with CS5 and its incredible! Its so amazing. All I did to remove the bottom right corner step was to make a square and push delete. Voila, 2 seconds later its gone ! You see the result here!
Same was done with the hair in her forehead and a few little irregularities of her skin.
2. Dodge and Burn POPS the Eyes
5 % opacity on dodge - highlights, over the white of the eyes - swish swish and her eyes are brighter
10% opacity on burn - shadows, over the eyebrows and lashes
3. Hue & Saturation - deyellows the blonde hair
Use the one on your layers palette on the right. You find it in the pop up menu that is a circle with black and white. Decrease the yellow a little and increase the light on the yellow layer (its automatically set for master, choose the yellow one)
Quick and easy fixes !
