At this moment...

One year ago at this hour I was in labour.

My little angel came into my world and has forever changed it. 

To the better, of course. 

But this year has brought about many new experiences and many firsts. 

Today was one of those occasions. 

Her first birthday. 

To make life easier on a busy mom I decided that I would do a simple birthday with only the family and godparents who currently reside in Norway. 

It was very sweet and nice. I baked a little, made some mini pizzas and mini burgers. 

We had sparkles and cake with candles.

And in stead of letting the cousins play at home we decided to take a trip up to the studio to play a little there. I wanted to have a couple of memories from the day, in a studio setting. 

We even did a quick family portrait. (Thanks Theresia Pauls )

It was nap time, and she really did not want to do more photos
